Why should I use a travel agent to book a vacation?
A travel agent takes the stress off you, provides you with a full itinerary, and allows you the opportunity to just pack your bags and go. We do all the work, save you time and money, and it is our job to accommodate your interests and budget.
Breezy Destinations acts as your advocate in the event something goes wrong, helping you navigate the challenge of making any necessary itinerary changes. I provide you with everything you need to know before your trip and give you advice so that you have a great time.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. Travel insurance is an extra layer of assurance that you will get a full refund in cash if you need to cancel your trip for any reason. It also provides compensation for lost items and coverage for medical expenses during your travels.
It gives you peace of mind that you are fully covered if you experience a delay or an unexpected situation that prevents you from attending your trip.
What happens if I need to change the dates of my trip?
We are happy to make any necessary modifications to your trip if needed. There is a Change fee of $35.00 to make this type of update. Keep in mind that changing the dates of your trip after it has been confirmed can alter the price of your overall trip. We will notify you of the price difference via email and require acceptance of the price change in writing via email before moving forward with the updates.

How do I cancel a trip?
For trip cancellations, contact Breezy Destinations via phone, text or email. If you have travel insurance, you will receive a full refund for your trip within 7-14 business days. If you do not have travel insurance, please allow 1-2 days for us to verify the specific cancellation policy for your upcoming trip. Cancellation policies vary based on the time frame of cancellation and the airline and hotel/resort's policy. Once we have this information, we will review it with you before officially canceling. Send an email to info@breezydestinations.com within 24 hours stating that you agree to the terms and conditions of the cancellation and grant us permission to proceed.
Can I get quotes for multiple destinations?
The initial cost of your selected package covers three quotes. If you would like those three quotes to include multiple destinations, please indicate that information on your travel inquiry form.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer flexible monthly and bi-weekly payment plans. The payment plan will be customized to meet your budget needs and your vacation package.
What documents will I need to carry with me while traveling?
International- Passport
Domestic- Valid State ID or Passport
Cruises to the Bahamas and Mexico- State ID and a copy of your original birth certificate or passport

As your travel agent, I am your advocate and here to help you with any issues. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns about your upcoming trip. When you decide to use a travel agent, you deem them responsible for all travel arrangements. Most travel companies will only speak to a client with their agent available — this ensures effective communication between the client and the customer service representative.
